Ask.38. What is your strongest trait(s)?

               你個性上最大的特點是什麼?

    Ans:You should point out your most obvious personality trait. If you are applying for a job related to the cultural and creative industry,

                 you should talk about how the way you think is different from others. If it is related to the finances of a company,

                 you should talk about your clear mind. And so on. It is best if you are able to link the traits to the position you are applying to.

     針對自己最明顯的人格特質來陳述,如果是創意產業那就強調想法上的差異;如果是財會部分,

     更需要強調頭腦清晰與穩定性,以此類推在陳述時能結合到要應徵的工作更好。

Ask.39. What is your personal mission statement or motto?

                你的座右銘是什麼?

    Ans:The interviewer wants to know about aspects of your character including Your personality, the values and your attitude. It is

                 unwise to use phrases or words that are hard to relate to. Also beware of using abstract nouns.

     面試官主要是針對你的性格、觀念、心態等〝個人特質〞。 不宜使用不好聯想的詞句或太抽象的名詞。

Ask.40. How do your friends or colleagues describe you?

     你的朋友或同事怎麼形容你?

    Ans:This question designed to take a peek at your interpersonal relationships. You can talk about how you interact with other people.      

     這問題主要是想了解你的人際關係,所以可以陳述你與人互動的表現。

Ask.41. How would your boss describe you?

                 你的上司怎麼評價你的呢?

    Ans:It is best to give a short answer. If you don’t know, you can use impartial language such as “progressing steadily.” 

     盡可能簡短回覆,如果不知道也可採用「穩定發展」等持平字眼。

                 你欣賞哪種個性的人?

    Ans:To show how proactive you are. It is suggested that you talk about the personalities traits relating to the adjectives

                “positive” “perseverant” and “fearless”.

     為表達積極度策略,建議採用積極向上個性,不怕任何失敗的過程、勇於挑戰個性。

    Ans:Listening to the boss is very important. Setting strategy direction is also critical. Also important is giving position

                feedback to the team. These are some of the responses you can give. 

     建議方向/傾聽為上司重要的功課,擬定策略方向與多種層面,不時給予團隊積極正面能量等回覆。

Ask.44. How do you normally handle criticism?

                你通常如何處理別人的批評?

    Ans:Improve upon what other people point out when they find flaws with you. If there nobody criticizes you,

                 use this fact to encourage myself. You need to let the interviewer know that you can accept criticism.

     有則改之。無則加勉。   要讓面試官知道自己是能接受批評的。

Ask.45. What are some frustrating parts of your job?

                 在工作中,有什麼事會令你不高興的?

    Ans:There must be frustrating situations in the workplace. So this question is to allow the interviewer to understand

                 whether you are able to manage your emotions and then throw yourself back into work when you are frustrated. 

     工作中一定會有不愉快的事情,而此問題是要讓面試官了解到你能很快調整自己的情緒然後回到工作中。
